Data Deletion Instructions

BLUECORE Technology Company Limited ("Bluecore") provides analytics and reporting services to business customers. This page explains what data we receive from Meta Platforms, how to request its deletion, and how long deletion takes.
 

What Meta data we hold

When a customer connects their Meta advertising account to Bluecore, we receive and store:
  • The Meta user ID and display name of the person who authorized the connection
  • An access token issued by Meta for that person
  • Meta Business Manager IDs, ad account IDs and their display names
  • Aggregated advertising performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) at account, campaign, ad set and ad level
We do not receive or store creative assets, audience lists, message content, or the personal data of the end consumers who saw the ads.
 

How to request deletion

Choose either method:
Option 1 — Revoke access from Facebook

  2. Find Bluecore Data Platform in the list
  3. Click Remove
This immediately invalidates our access token and stops all further data collection. To also delete the data we have already stored, follow Option 2.
Option 2 — Send us a deletion request
Email [email liên hệ] with the subject line "Meta Data Deletion Request" and include:
  • The name of your business or Bluecore workspace
  • The Meta ad account ID(s) concerned
We will confirm receipt within [3] business days.
Please do not include ID documents, payment details or other sensitive personal information in your request. We do not need them to process it.
 

What we delete and when

Upon a verified request we permanently delete, within 30 days:
  • The stored access token
  • The Meta user ID and display name of the authorizing user
  • All advertising metrics and campaign metadata synchronized from your Meta ad accounts
  • Copies held in backups, at the next scheduled backup rotation
We will notify you by email when deletion is complete.
 

What we may retain

We may retain a minimal record of the deletion request itself (date, requesting party, scope) for audit purposes, and any information we are required to keep under Vietnamese law, such as invoicing records. This retained information does not include Meta Platform Data.

Hướng dẫn xoá dữ liệu

Cập nhật lần cuối:
Công ty TNHH Công nghệ BLUECORE ("Bluecore") cung cấp dịch vụ phân tích và báo cáo dữ liệu cho khách hàng doanh nghiệp. Trang này giải thích chúng tôi nhận dữ liệu gì từ Meta Platforms, cách yêu cầu xoá, và thời gian xử lý.
 

Dữ liệu Meta mà chúng tôi lưu trữ

Khi khách hàng kết nối tài khoản quảng cáo Meta với Bluecore, chúng tôi nhận và lưu trữ:
  • ID người dùng Meta và tên hiển thị của người thực hiện kết nối
  • Mã truy cập (access token) do Meta cấp cho người đó
  • ID Business Manager, ID tài khoản quảng cáo và tên hiển thị
  • Số liệu hiệu quả quảng cáo tổng hợp (chi phí, hiển thị, lượt nhấp, chuyển đổi) ở cấp tài khoản, chiến dịch, nhóm quảng cáo và quảng cáo
Chúng tôi không nhận và không lưu nội dung quảng cáo, danh sách đối tượng, nội dung tin nhắn, hay dữ liệu cá nhân của người tiêu dùng đã xem quảng cáo.
 

Cách yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu

Chọn một trong hai cách:
Cách 1 — Gỡ quyền truy cập từ Facebook
  1. Vào Facebook Cài đặt & quyền riêng tư → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web
  2. Tìm Bluecore Data Platform
  3. Bấm Gỡ
Thao tác này vô hiệu hoá ngay mã truy cập và dừng toàn bộ việc thu thập dữ liệu. Để xoá cả dữ liệu đã lưu trước đó, thực hiện thêm Cách 2.
Cách 2 — Gửi yêu cầu xoá cho chúng tôi
Gửi email tới bluecore@bluecore.vn với tiêu đề "Yêu cầu xoá dữ liệu Meta", kèm:
  • Tên doanh nghiệp hoặc tên workspace Bluecore
  • ID tài khoản quảng cáo Meta liên quan
Chúng tôi xác nhận đã nhận trong vòng [3] ngày làm việc.
Vui lòng không gửi kèm giấy tờ tuỳ thân, thông tin thanh toán hay thông tin cá nhân nhạy cảm khác — chúng tôi không cần các thông tin này để xử lý yêu cầu.
 

Chúng tôi xoá gì và trong bao lâu

Sau khi xác minh yêu cầu, chúng tôi xoá vĩnh viễn trong vòng 30 ngày:
  • Mã truy cập đã lưu
  • ID người dùng Meta và tên hiển thị của người kết nối
  • Toàn bộ số liệu quảng cáo và thông tin chiến dịch đã đồng bộ từ tài khoản quảng cáo Meta của bạn
  • Các bản sao trong hệ thống sao lưu, theo chu kỳ sao lưu kế tiếp
Chúng tôi thông báo qua email khi hoàn tất.
 

Thông tin chúng tôi có thể giữ lại

Chúng tôi có thể giữ lại bản ghi tối thiểu về chính yêu cầu xoá (ngày, bên yêu cầu, phạm vi) để phục vụ đối soát, và các thông tin bắt buộc phải lưu theo pháp luật Việt Nam như chứng từ hoá đơn. Phần giữ lại này không bao gồm Dữ liệu nền tảng của Meta.
